Yoga at Rhodes Minnis Village Hall 

Friendly and convivial yoga classes suitable for all abilities.
The classes include flowing sequences, postures, breathing exercises and end with a relaxation. Mats available on request.
Mondays  7.30-9.00pm at the Rhodes Minnis Village Hall

£12/class for drop-in, £9.00/class when paying for 7 weeks term at a time (£63.00/term)
